Just north of the pyramid I found some ruined huts. Inside one of them were some prisoner kobolds. I released them and they warned me that the mutant lizard men were tough.
Three other buildings in this village. One had two mutant lizard men, the others had 4 normal lizard men each. They were extremely easy to defeat. Nothing other than this in the village.
